Rental Agreement:
At the day of arrival, we will meet you at the condominium to sign the rental contract agreement. Show you the apartment, provide you with a cell phone, Internet connection and go over the apartment inventory and answer any questions you might have. We will try to be as flexible as possible with your stay but accommodations are not-refundable, except on exceptional reasons.
Security Check In:
When you make a reservation, you will be required to provide your contact information and passport number for each guest. This is required to check you in to the building administration. Its a closed building as a national monument so you are required to be checked in.
Security Deposit:
When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. A security deposit is required once the rental agreement and condominium inventory has been completed. The security deposit is kept on file until your departure. The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. Prior to your departure we will schedule a time to meet at the apartment to confirm the apartment's condition and return the deposit in the original currency.
Cancelation Policy:
A cancelation may occur with full refund two weeks prior to the arrival date, any time within these two weeks, the customer will be responsible to pay for full amount.
