Rental Agreement:
At the day of arrival, we will meet you at Palacio Salvo to lead you to the Condominium and sign the rental contract agreement. We will Show you the condominium, provide you with a cell phone, Internet connection and go over the inventory. We will then answer any questions you might have in regards to the area, restaurants, shopping supermarkets or tourism questions. For cancelations or change of plans we will try to be as flexible as possible with your stay but accommodations are not-refundable, except for exceptional reasons.
Security Check In:
When you make a reservation, you will be required to provide your contact information and passport number for each guest. This is required to check you in to the building administration. Its a closed building as a national monument so you are required to be checked in.
Security Deposit:
When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. A security deposit is required once the rental agreement and condominium inventory has been completed. The security deposit is kept on file until your departure. The security deposit is returned in the same currency as when deposited, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. If the homes are damaged, a fee plus administration fee will be charged to repair the damage.
Prior to your departure we will schedule a time to meet at the apartment to confirm the apartment's condition and return the deposit in the original currency.
Minimum Stay:
Minimum stay is 5 days. If you wish to stay a shorter period we do request a cleaning fee, that will be arranged with during reservation
Check in and Check out Policy:
Check in occurs at 12 noon and Checkout will occur at 10 am. * Please note that prior arrangements will be required to be made for other times.
Weekly Cleanings:
Weekly Cleaning will be carried out at regular intervals and during normal working hours. They are required for rental to maintain the units in good conditions.
Noise and other personal Guests Policy:
We do ask that you do not have loud music and multiple guests as they are will be reported to the administration by neighbors. If there are multiple complaints, you will be asked to leave and the rental fee will be kept. However, normal use of facilities is encouraged, please feel at home.
All guests are required to be registered as they will be checked in to the Security desk prior to your arrival. Palacio Salvo is a closed building, due to its national monument status.
